SMR 2026 DATES MAY 29TH AND MAY 30TH

We’re excited to have each of you at the SMR 2026 event! Check-in is from 8:30-9:30am. Food volunteers are needed by 9am. Many of you know the routine, however, we grow each year. With that being said, there are a few changes, please review the information below and the respective links above. Anyone staying in an RV or Trailer must check in at the Main Office to pay for the RV spot before setting up at camp.
Please make sure to mark all tools, supplies, coolers, ect. that you bring up, with your full name. We provide two meals on Friday and two on Saturday, we will also provide bottled water, you may bring your own non-alcoholic beverages, as desired. Onsite cabins are provided at no additional cost, for anyone that requests, ahead of time. You must bring your own bedding, cabins only include multiple bare mattresses. We recommend bringing a pillow and sleeping bag or sheets and blankets, and a fan if desired. There is no running water in the cabins, however, each cabin does have power, (no heat or a/c). For anyone staying in a tent, you can place your tents in either the 600 block or the RV Park. There are two shower houses/bathrooms onsite, one is located by the Bridge Shop, the other is by the RV Park. For those of you staying at a hotel, you are responsible for making your own reservations, at your own cost.
